HOTEL PERVAŽA PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy applies to all individuals. Its purpose is to inform them when and what data is collected, stored, stored and used when they visit the website www.pervaza.lt or otherwise provide their personal data to the hotel Pervaža. In offering and providing its services, the hotel collects:
Name, telephone number, nationality of a natural person;
Passport / ID card number, date of birth, image;
Payment card details, amount payable, duration of stay at the Hotel;
IP address, visitor page address, previous page address, date and time, browser type and version;
the content of received and sent messages, the history of correspondence;
The website www.pervaza.lt records the name of the advertising campaign and its position from the pages of third parties, newsletters, by clicking on the billboards, from which source the visitor came and links this data with the order.
HOW THE HOTEL USES PERSONAL DATA
The Hotel collects, processes and stores personal data only in accordance with the legal grounds defined in the personal data protection legislation, in order to use the provided data with the consent of the individual in order to:
improve the service of persons in the Hotel and the functionality and attractiveness of the Hotel website;

Data may be transmitted without consent only in response to requests from the competent authorities of the State and only to the extent necessary for the proper enforcement of the provisions in force.

The Hotel shall ensure that all personal data is collected, processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other directly applicable European Union legislation on personal data protection, applying the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from accidental or acts of unlawful disclosure, destruction, alteration, as well as unlawful processing.
